METHODS Of USE: the product is ready to use, pour onto a cloth or directly on the surface to be sanitized. Before carryng out sanitation, it's advisable to remove residues of organic material, dirt, by using detergents. Do a test on an invisible part first, in order to check that there are no issues of damage or discoloration. Recommended contact time is 15 minutes. In the case of surfaces that are in direct contact with food, after sanitizing, rinse with plenty of drinking water in order to facilitate the removal of product residues. For stainless steel surfaces not in direct contact with food, product residues must be removed with a clean, damp cloth. Leave to dry in contact with air. For fruit and vegetables: dilute 4/5 caps of product in a liter of water and leave to soak for at least 15 minutes, rinse well with plenty of drinking water to eliminate product residues.
